I have been a trainer for more than 10 years in many areas (e.g. Digital Basics, Digital Tools, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation, emarsys Suite Training, Communication). I am a passionate trainer – you will notice that during every minute I get to spend with you as a trainer.

WAVANCE Training-Concept

It is important to me that each training is tailored to your needs, because even if the topics of the trainings are predetermined, the content must be tailored to you individually. Why? Because every company has different goals, channels, expertise and needs.

I am not offering “off-the-shelf” trainings!

Before each training, I conduct a preliminary discussion with you to understand exactly what you and your team need for daily business. I am happy to offer the possibility to incorporate current topics and projects you are working on directly into the training – in this case we will work out a concept of training & workshop together!

In many cases it is also the case that I will set up a status quo analysis for you to define and understand the basis.

Training Modell

70-20-10

As a trained trainer, I naturally work according to a training model. Based on my understanding of continuing education, I am a big fan of the 70-20-10 framework.

The well-known 70-20-10 Model is based on the assumption that after a single training, the initial training, whether it was a lecture, a webinar or a “classroom” training, you have gone through only surprisingly little, namely 10% of the entire Learner-Journey. You could say a single “front-line” training therefore has little impact on an employee’s knowledge level.

The experts Michael M. Lombardo and Robert W. Eichinger from the Center for Creative Leadership used executives as an example to show that, in addition to traditional training, other further education measures are essential for building up and consolidating knowledge in the long term.

What does 70/20/10 stand for?

The most essential part, namely 70% of the desired level of knowledge is achieved by gaining experience. So after the important theory, practice is the best teacher.
20% is achieved through communication and learning from others, for example a manager.

The initially mentioned 10%, i.e. lectures, seminars, classical trainings, self-study, learning videos and also reading books or readings are an important start, but not the end of the Learner Journey.

I help you not only with the 10%, but advise you how to implement the remaining 90% of the Learner Journey to become fit in the training topics.

Furthermore, I do not hold 8h frontal lectures but motivate you in workshops to implement what you have learned immediately! Learning-by-doing!
